current location or enter a location manually. Then, set your
preferences like distance, subscription type, date range, and slot
type. Click "Search Gyms" to see available options.
How do I book a gym session?
After searching for gyms, you'll see a list of available options.
Click the "Book" button next to your chosen gym. Review the booking
details and click "Pay & Confirm" to complete your booking.
Can I book fitness classes?
Yes, click on the "Book a class" option in the bottom menu. Choose
your location, select a date, and pick a time filter (morning or
evening). You'll see available classes which you can book
individually.
How do I view my bookings?
Click on the "Bookings" icon in the bottom menu. You can toggle
between gym bookings and class bookings, and view your active,
upcoming, and past bookings.
Can I cancel a booking?
Yes, you can cancel upcoming bookings. Go to your bookings list,
find the booking you want to cancel, and click the "Cancel Booking"
button. Follow the prompts to complete the cancellation.
How do I update my profile information?
Click on the menu icon in the top right, then select "My Profile".
Here you can view and update your information, including uploading
or deleting a profile photo.
How do I submit feedback for a gym?
Click on the "Feedback" icon on the main screen. Select the gym,
provide your rating and review, and choose the date of your visit.
Click "Submit Feedback" to send your review.
What are acknowledgments and how do I view them?
Acknowledgments are responses from gym owners to your feedback.
Click on the "Acknowledgments" icon on the main screen to view any
responses to your feedback.
How can I track my workout history?
Click on the "Workout Tracking" icon on the main screen. You'll see
a calendar view showing your check-in history at various gyms.
How do I contact customer support?
Open the menu by clicking the icon in the top right. Select "Contact
Us" and choose whether you want to call, send a WhatsApp message, or
email our support team.
What payment methods are accepted?
We use Razorpay for secure payments. During the booking process,
you'll be redirected to the Razorpay payment gateway where you can
choose from various payment options including credit/debit cards,
net banking, and UPI.
Is there a loyalty program?

Can I book a personal trainer with my gym membership?
Yes! When booking a gym session, you can select an available trainer
from the list. Each trainer has their own specialization and daily
fees. The trainer fee will be automatically calculated based on your
subscription duration (daily, weekly, monthly, or yearly) and added
to your total booking cost.
What are the different subscription types available?
We offer four subscription types: Daily Pass (valid
for 1 day), Weekly Subscription (7 days),
Monthly Subscription (30 days), and
Yearly Subscription (365 days). Each subscription
type has different pricing, and longer subscriptions typically offer
better value per day.
What are peak and off-peak time slots?
Gyms offer different time slots with varying prices:
Peak Morning (6:00 AM - 11:59 AM),
Off-Peak (12:00 PM - 3:59 PM),
Peak Evening (4:00 PM - 10:59 PM), and
Anytime (full day access). Off-peak slots are
usually cheaper, while peak slots have higher demand and may cost
more.
How do I check in at the gym?
After completing your booking, you'll receive a unique QR code.
Simply show this QR code at the gym reception during your scheduled
time. The gym staff will scan it to verify your booking and grant
you access. You can access your QR code anytime from your "Bookings"
section.
I forgot my password. How do I reset it?
On the login page, click "Forgot Password?". Enter your registered
email address, and you'll receive a verification code. Enter this
code along with your new password to reset your account access. The
verification code is valid for a limited time.
How do I know if slots are still available?
Our system shows real-time slot availability based on gym capacity
and existing bookings. When you search for gyms, only those with
available slots for your selected dates and times will be displayed.
During checkout, we verify slot availability again to ensure your
booking is confirmed.
Can I book multiple gyms or classes at once?
You can book as many gym sessions and classes as you like, but each
booking must be completed separately. This ensures accurate pricing,
slot availability, and allows you to review each booking
individually before payment.
What's the difference between gym booking and class booking?
Gym Booking gives you general access to the gym
facility during your selected time slot and subscription period. You
can use equipment, workout independently, and optionally add a
personal trainer. Class Booking is for specific
fitness classes (yoga, Zumba, etc.) held at scheduled times with an
instructor, and is booked per session.
Is my payment information secure?
Absolutely! We use Razorpay, a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway, to
process all transactions. Your card details are never stored on our
servers. All payment data is encrypted and handled securely by
Razorpay. Additionally, we use secure session tokens to protect your
account and prevent unauthorized access.
Can I view my past check-in history?
Yes! Click on "Workout Tracking" from the main menu to see a
calendar view of all your gym check-ins. This helps you track your
fitness journey and maintain consistency in your workout routine.
What if I encounter a technical issue or error?
If you experience any technical difficulties, please contact our
support team immediately through the "Contact Us" option in the
menu. You can call, WhatsApp, or email us. For payment-related
issues, our team will verify your transaction status and assist with
refunds if necessary.
